It is funny when we hear people complaining about something. I used to get annoyed by people’s complaints. Listening to them is just stressful. I really have great respect for people who work in customer service industries. It takes an unusual amount of patience that a lot of people do not have. It is really difficult to help people who are sometimes irrational with their complaints. Service is something that is plagued with customer complaints. This is one factor that concerns eCommerce Development as well. One cannot just ignore real and serious concerns of people when they are bothered by poor service.
