If you have a problem with your stomach being a little bit too large, there is an exercise for stomach muscles that can help to us certain extent. One of the reasons why this is the case is because whenever you engage the core, you’re going to shrink the size of the abdominal muscles by holding them in regularly. For example, stomach vacuums are something that many people do in order to keep their waist at a manageable level. Even though they may still have the belly fat that is covering over the ab muscles, they do not have a protrusion as a result of doing these exercises.
