Eat lean proteins to lose weight

To lose weight you should watch out what you eat. To lose your man boobs you should kick off by losing weight. In other words, you must keep a healthy diet if you want to lose man boobs. Lean protein foods can improve your metabolism and burn more calories thus reducing the risk of gain weight. Examples of lean proteins are egg whites, lean turkey or chicken breast, canned tuna, and skim milk are among the highest protein/lowest fat foods. Soy and other fish are also excellent choices.
Also include in your diet fiber-riched fat burning food because they regulate digestion and enhance metabolism as well.
