Dietitian and List of High Protein Foods

I recently started seeing a dietitian for an eating disorder and was told by my physician that I needed to add more protein into my diet. Instead of eating more, I thought if I found a list of high protein foods, I would still be able to eat normal amounts, but have the increased protein amounts. She had all the information that I needed and more. She not only gave me a list of just high protein foods, but other valuable lists on vegetables and fruits and the simplest way to incorporate all of them into a healthy diet without feeling like I am overeating.
